The practice of the disciplines offered by the A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza is allowed only by having read and signed regulations acceptance memo and Rules of Conduct memo.

Minors require an authorization signed by both parents.

1. In order to access ASD East Side Gym Vicenza and participate in classes, it is necessary to be a registered member of the association. Membership renewal is annual. The card is personal and non-transferable.

2. A medical certificate for competitive sports fitness (with electrocardiogram), valid for the current sporting year, is required in order to participate in activities offered by A.S.D East Side Gym Vicenza.

3. At the time of registration, it is mandatory to present the following forms completed and signed:

a. Registration form

b. Regulation

c. Rules of Conduct

Medical certificate, membership fee and subscription fee are required at the time of registration.

4. Access to ASD East Side Gym Vicenza is only possible at fixed times and in the presence of staff. The Open Gym has a defined time table and is not available during other classes and without a schedule approved by staff.

5. The A.S.D East Side Gym Vicenza avails itself of the right to occasionally change course times, posted to the bulletin board, without changing participation fees.

6. The membership fee, as well as the first subscription fee, must be paid at the same time as the registration fee. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by App-Gyms. The use of credit and debit cards is not allowed.

7. The start and expiry dates of the subscription are unique and mandatory: if the subscription is not renewed, one cannot take part in lessons.

8. The membership fee, as well as the subscription fee, are non-refundable in any circumstances.

9. The subscriptions to the Powerlifting and Martial Arts disciplines are valid for single activity and cannot be changed. Open Gym entrances require Gold Membership.

10. Absence from courses, of any duration and nature, will not result in an extended subscripion expiry date. Days of sickness and injury are non-refundable.

11. The A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza is not responsible for personal items and valuables, therefore it is not responsible for the theft, loss or deterioration of any object.

12. It is forbidden to bring or take any object owned by the ASD. East Side Gym Vicenza outside the gym.

13. It is forbidden to consume food of any kind inside A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza.

14. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the internal and external areas of A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza, parking included.

15. Each member of the A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza and the user of the structure takes on every responsibility for their own behavior. Therefore, the ASD East Side Gym Vicenza is not responsible for inexperience, lack of common sense and negligence.

16. It is the right of A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza staff  to deny access to anyone who does not comply with the provisions of the Regulations and Rules of Conduct. Who with their attitude causes physical damage or insult to the staff or shareholders of the A.S.D. East Side Gym Vicenza, or to anyone who damages the structure in use by the aforementioned association and the objects contained therein.
