It consists of simple key free body movements (without equipment) including pull, push, bend, jump and swing. HOW DOES A CALISTHENICS LESSON WORK?
Usually a Calisthenics workout follows an initial muscle and joint warm-up. In the first part of the lesson, exercises start at medium difficulty and progress to maximum difficulty. This happens for many repetitions and series. Free body work out during calisthenics will encourage the metabolic aspect of your health.
