CrossFit is functional movements performed at high intensity with the aim of strengthening the physical competence of your body.
The principle of CrossFit includes teaching your body as much as possible using multiple strengthening motor activities (bodyweight and barbells).
As one of the first CrossFit gym in Vicenza, the CrossFit 36100 program focuses on cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, increased strength, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, precision and balance.
A CrossFit training lesson lasts about 60 minutes and is divided into three parts.
Part one is Warmup. This includes warming up the body and mind. The duration depends on the types of exercises and the WOD (Workout of the Day).
Part two includes developing specific Skills used during the WOD with the intention of trying to improve.
Last is the WOD. This is a set of circuit exercises, using methodology developed by our coaches.
