HOW DO YOU CARRY OUT A MOBILITY WORKOUT?
A Mobility workout consists of total body involvement. There are different types of exercises such as free body movements, movements using small and large equipment (elastic bands, barbells, balls, etc.) and movements on the floor. Exercises are performed focusing on certain parts of the body, such as back extentions and stretching the pectorals, legs muscles and many other exercises benefiting the shoulders, neck and cervical area.
