Movement affects all parts of the human body. The factors that facilitate the development of the main organic functions concern:
Bone system (development in length and thickness)
Joint system (maintenance of functional physiological mobility)
Muscular system (generalized muscle development and development of postural and functional tone)
Cardiocirculatory system (development and strengthening of the heart muscle and the entire peripheral circulatory system)
Respiratory system (discovery, knowledge and improvement of respiratory function)
East Side Gym Vicenza offers CrossFit Kids as a training program for children. CrossFit can also help adults improve their lives.
By teaching CrossFit to children, coaches will have the opportunity to give them movement and mental skills that will accompany them throughout their lives. They will learn movements such as squats, lifting objects and pushing them upwards, bodyweight skills such as running, climbing, jumping and rolling, and many other functional movements that can also be useful in everyday life. By being in contact with other children, always under the coaches’ supervision, children will learn to work hard and develop strong teamwork.
These movements are taught from an early age and improved over time. As children age, they will continuously improve these skills and movements. This means less injuries, less fatigue and a formidable basic athletic preparation to apply to a competitive sport or to everyday life. This is the primary goal of our coaches and what we work on at East Side Gym.
