Jiu-Jitsu, like all martial arts, is a sports discipline that benefits the body and helps a child gain confidence and discipline.
The movement strengthens all muscles of the body (back, joints and posture), increases motor coordination and helps to develop the respiratory and cardiovascular system.
At East Side Gym we strongly believe that Jiu-Jitsu helps to develop awareness in children’s abilities. We want to try to increase their confidence to face all the situations in their future life.
