Mental strength translates directly into physical well-being. He loves talking about all sports, reading (The Count of Montecristo is a prerequisite to enter into his good graces), and obviously Lanerossi (Vicenza’s soccer team). He is a CrossFit athlete and at East Side Gym he follows primarily the Olympic lifts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Fun Fact: in his past you may have seen him as an American Football player with the Redskins Verona or Hurricanes Vicenza jerseys.<\/span><\/p>
