Jiu-Jitsu <\/strong> is an ancient martial art native to India. Later it spread to China and in Japan with the name of jiu-jitsu “art of pliability”. After, it came to Brazil where the brothers Carlos and H\u00e9lio Gracie studied and transformed it into Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ). <\/strong> It is a discipline that, through projections, levers and strangulations, uses body mechanics to allow domination of a stronger and heavier competitor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

HOW DOES A Jiu-jitsu LESSON WORK?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1><\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Jiu-Jitsu\u00a0classes <\/b>at\u00a0East Side Gym <\/strong>last between 60 and 90 minutes and include a warmup<\/span>, technical exercises and a sparring or drill session (predefined actions)<\/span>. <\/span>
At our Vicenza Academy <\/strong> it is possible to practice daily. Classes have different experience levels <\/span>based on different abilities. <\/span>
Jiu-Jitsu Vicenza <\/strong> also offers classes for kids: <\/span>
Play Jiu-Jitsu for kids aged from 4 to 8 <\/span>
Kids Jiu-Jitsu for kids aged from 9 to 13 <\/span>
The adult’s classes are divided in basic, intermediate, advanced, classes without kimono,\u00a0<\/span>personal defense, female self-defense and agonists. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
